Business Process Analyst at Mining Company (PH-based only, Remote)

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to work with us full-time in a remote setup for our Australian-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

The key objective of the Business Process Analyst is to enable our business to support with the automation of business processes. A key part of this role will be working with stakeholders to define future state business workflows and processes that can then be implemented on various low code workflow tools.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBLITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for workflow automation projects.
• Document detailed functional specifications and user requirements for workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design future state workflows that leverage electronic forms and automation tools efficiently.
• Identify and map existing processes to highlight areas where automation can enhance efficiency.
• Liaise with technical teams to ensure the feasibility and scalability of proposed workflow designs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, including process maps, decision points, and dependencies.
• Develop test cases and support testing efforts to validate workflows against documented requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users for the adoption of new automated workflows.
• Support with the testing of workflows to ensure business requirements are met.
• Work as a conduit between the business and solution developers.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented workflows to identify and recommend improvements.
