Backend Engineer (DICOM / FastAPI) (PH based only, Remote)

We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Engineer (DICOM / FastAPI) to work remotely for our Europe-based client. For this role, we only process candidates that are based in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who knows their way around medical data formats (especially DICOM) and can help build and expand a database with FastAPI endpoints. 

• Experience with Orthanc, Pydantic, and general database management is ideal.
