KEY FUNCTION

Responsible for doing Individual Case Safety Report, Reconciliation Safety Reporting, PV Training (Development and maintenance of local PV SOP, PV related agreement, risk management plan), PV Continuity plan handover management and other functions related to PV and Regulatory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate of BS Pharmacy / Must be a Registered Pharmacist

- With at least 1 year of experience as PV / Regulatory Associate

- Has knowledge on PV Training, Regulatory, Medical Information and Safety Data
