About the job Project Manager
The Remote Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across distributed teams. This role ensures alignment between project goals, business objectives, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining clear communication, efficient workflows, and high-quality deliverables in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.

Coordinate daily operations of remote, cross-functional teams across different time zones.

Lead project meetings, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospective sessions (if Agile).

Track project progress using metrics, dashboards, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule.

Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders with clear, timely reports.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.

Manage project documentation, workflows, and approvals.

Facilitate collaboration using remote tools such as Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, and Teams.

Oversee project budgets, vendor coordination, and contract compliance when applicable.

Support project closing activities, including final reports, handoffs, and lessons learned.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience managing projects in a remote or hybrid environment.
