    • Manage asset/working equipment (Asset Management)-Electronic, Device, Furniture, Operational Cars (add, move, repair, dispose)
    • Monitoring inventories of pantry supplies, stationary supplies and other office supplies.
    • Manage GA Administration, Manual Workers, Meeting Room Management, Courier Management, Welfare Management.
    • Petty Cash Management Perform periodic office inspections to identify items and requirements for repairs and maintenance.
    • Monthly and other periodic reporting of team performance and results, status of tasks, updating progress of any tasks Creating and updating SOP of GA.
    • Liaise with vendors and service providers to address facility and equipment needs.
    • Provide general support and assistance to the management team as required.
    • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

Requirement :

    • At least 5 years of experience as GA Officer, especially in asset & inventory management roles
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
    • Proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving
    • Good leadership skills and managing people
