Job Description :- Manage end-to-end projects/products/new features from the planning process, creating Business Requirement Documents (BRD), collaborating with the UX team to create user journeys, prioritizing backlogs with the product tech team, UAT and PTR testing, to go-live and production
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, competitor analysis, and internal analysis (customer, product, process) to improve products and business
- Manage the supply and demand side of digital products in collaboration with the operations team
- Create SOPs, sales/pitch decks, training decks, and product-related materials/documentation
- Make commercial agreements with partners and formalize them in the form of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS)
- Conduct active communication and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications :
- Education min. Bachelor degree Management / Business / IT or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Biller Agregator
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Ppt)
- Proficiency in Flowchart design, Data analysis, Biller PPOB management
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication, Stakeholder management, Negotiation management and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
