  • Plan, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.).
  • Align campaigns with overall business goals and target audiences
  • Coordinate with content creators and designers to produce engaging content.
  • Optimize website and content for better visibility in organic search results.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) / Paid Advertising
  • Plan and execute email campaigns, newsletters, and automated flows.
  • Manage email lists and track performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions)
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis
  • Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and customer behavior studies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education min. bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital campaign
  • Experience working with performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics,Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional project
  • Strong planning skills
  • Good communication, presentation and Excellent problem-solving skills
