  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Support client retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Handle client issues and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Work with internal teams (product, tech, finance, legal) to meet client needs.
  • Monitor account performance and share regular reports and insights.
  • Guide new clients through onboarding and technical integration.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Communication, Engineering, or similar.
  • 3-5 years experience in client/account/partner management (preferably in fintech, payments, or tech).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas).
  • Knowledge of fintech products like QRIS, VA, PPOB, eWallet, or payment gateways is a plus.
  • Client-first mindset and the ability to make fast, data-driven decisions.
