About the Role:
Were excited to open an internal opportunity for a Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to help drive our next stage of growth. This role is perfect for someone who combines big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and who has real experience in BPO, VA agencies, or marketing agencies.
As a growing startup, were looking for someone who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment, can wear multiple hats, and knows how to turn plans into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the company's marketing strategy, aligning it with our growth objectives.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, content initiatives, brand-building, and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure marketing supports business priorities.
- Manage and oversee the creation of marketing materials, website updates, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising.
- Track and report on campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
- Identify and manage external vendors or partners when needed.
- Champion a hands-on, executor culture within the marketing function.
- Support business development efforts by identifying market opportunities and contributing to partnership strategies.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, or similar senior role.
- Direct background in BPO, Virtual Assistant agencies, or marketing agencies.
- Previous experience in startup environments comfortable moving fast and adapting quickly.
- Strong executor mindset: ability to design strategies and implement them personally when needed.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills across departments.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms.
- Creative thinker who's also data-driven and detail-oriented.
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing or mentoring a marketing team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and growth hacking tactics.
- Passion for innovation, process improvement, and scaling operations.
