Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Cold Callers & Appointment Setters to assist real estate agents in lead generation and scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate will be experienced in cold calling, handling objections, and setting appointments with potential clients. If you have a passion for real estate and strong communication skills, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential leads and introduce real estate services.
- Qualify leads and set appointments for real estate agents.
- Engage in conversation to build rapport with leads and handle objections professionally.
- Keep accurate records of all calls and lead status in CRM systems.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure the appointment schedule is maintained.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting goals.
- Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during calls.
- Provide updates on lead status and performance metrics to the real estate team.
- Assist in generating scripts and improving the cold-calling process.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in real estate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade leads.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Preferred:
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and scripting.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes.
