Role: AI Automation Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation Expert to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AI technologies, workflow automation, API integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives on solving real-world business problems using cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows to streamline operational processes.

Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) with business systems and applications.

Develop and maintain automations using platforms like Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, Power Automate, or UiPath.

Build custom scripts or APIs to connect tools and data sources as needed.

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions.

Optimize existing workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing AI-powered improvements.

Work with OCR, document parsing, and classification tools such as Azure Document Intelligence, Tesseract, or Google Cloud Vision.

Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for deployed automations.

Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

2+ years of experience in automation engineering or AI/ML-focused roles.

Strong knowledge of AI models and APIs (OpenAI, Azure AI, Hugging Face, Google AI, etc.).

Proficiency in no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar).

Experience in Python or JavaScript for custom scripts and API development.

Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and data integration strategies.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).

Experience with AI tools for document processing, chatbot workflows, or language models.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data handling.

Prior work on automation for property management, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus.
