Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Real Estate Marketing and Social Media Manager to develop and execute online marketing strategies to promote real estate services and listings. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and implementing marketing campaigns that drive engagement and leads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to promote real estate services and properties.
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), including posting, engagement, and community building.
  • Create compelling content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and websites that align with brand messaging.
  • Design and implement paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to generate leads.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain the real estate website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation goals.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients engaged.
  • Coordinate promotional events and campaigns to generate buzz and attract potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in real estate marketing or social media management.
  • Proven track record in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing online audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Experience with SEO and website optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with real estate industry marketing strategies and terminology.
  • Experience with lead generation and email marketing platforms.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
