Job Summary

We are looking for experienced RE/MAX Virtual Assistants to provide essential support to real estate agents and teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with RE/MAX tools and systems, including CRM management, transaction coordination, listing management, and marketing. Responsibilities

  • Assist real estate agents with daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage and update RE/MAX CRM systems, including client information and transaction details.
  • Coordinate real estate transactions, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
  • Assist in creating and managing property listings, including inputting data and uploading images.
  • Handle appointment scheduling, client communications, and follow-up tasks.
  • Prepare marketing materials for listings, including flyers, brochures, and online advertisements.
  • Track and manage leads, ensuring they are properly categorized and followed up with.
  • Monitor property transactions, ensuring all deadlines are met and paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, resolving inquiries and providing updates.

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in the real estate industry, specifically with RE/MAX.
  • Proficiency in RE/MAX tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Command, Market Leader) and transaction management platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate transactions and marketing.

Preferred:

  • Experience with lead generation and client follow-up in real estate.
  • Familiarity with RE/MAX branding and marketing strategies.
  • Experience with listing and transaction coordination in a virtual setting.
