Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to support our real estate clients by managing lead outreach, nurturing prospects, and setting qualified appointments. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, real estate lead conversion experience, and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to buyer and seller leads using a provided script and CRM

Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or text in a timely and professional manner

Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for real estate agents

Follow up with cold, warm, and hot leads using an organized outreach cadence

Maintain and update lead status, notes, and follow-up dates in the CRM

Collaborate with agents to optimize lead strategies and conversion tactics

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPI targets (e.g., calls made, appointments set)

Handle objections confidently while maintaining a friendly and persuasive tone

Provide regular reports on performance and lead progress
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

1+ year of experience in real estate cold calling, inside sales, or appointment setting

Strong English verbal and written communication skills

Confidence in handling outbound and inbound calls professionally

Familiarity with CRM tools like Follow Up Boss, CINC, BoomTown, or similar

Highly organized, with attention to detail and strong follow-up discipline

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Preferred:

Experience working with U.S.-based real estate agents or brokerages

Knowledge of real estate industry terms, buyer/seller cycles, and lead types

Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
