Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator VA to support logistics and supply chain operations. This role is essential for managing order fulfillment, tracking shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating with vendors and partners. Key Responsibilities
Order and Shipment Coordination

Monitor and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery

Track shipments, update order statuses, and resolve delivery delays or issues

Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers about shipment statuses
Inventory Management

Monitor inventory levels and initiate restocking when necessary

Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate system records

Generate reports on inventory levels and discrepancies
Documentation and Compliance

Prepare and manage shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs forms

Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations

Maintain accurate records of all logistics-related documents
Vendor and Customer Communication

Serve as the main point of contact for vendors, logistics partners, and internal departments

Address shipping, inventory, or delivery-related queries promptly
Data Management and Reporting

Maintain up-to-date records in logistics systems or ERP platforms

Generate routine reports on inventory, shipment performance, and logistics costs

Analyze data to support decision-making and process improvements
Process Improvement

Identify areas for cost savings and workflow optimization

Assist in the implementation of new tools and strategies to improve logistics operations
Qualifications and Skills
Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in U.S. logistics, supply chain, or a related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple logistics tasks remotely
Preferred:

Familiarity with ERP or logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

Experience working remotely in logistics or supply chain coordination

Knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation

Proficiency in inventory management software
