Job Summary

We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-focused PropTech Support Specialist to provide front-line support for property management software platforms and digital tools. The ideal candidate has experience with real estate technology systems (CRMs, leasing platforms, accounting integrations) and excels at troubleshooting, training, and communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support contact for clients using property technology platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Entrata, Yardi, ResMan, or similar)

  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide clear resolutions through chat, email, or phone support

  • Assist clients with onboarding, configuration, and platform setup

  • Document bugs and user-reported issues for escalation to development teams

  • Create training materials, user guides, and internal documentation for common issues

  • Conduct virtual training sessions or walkthroughs with new users

  • Collaborate with technical teams to improve system usability and resolve platform issues

  • Monitor platform performance and proactively address recurring user problems

  • Stay up to date with software updates, integrations, and feature releases

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support or software implementation role

  • Familiarity with one or more PropTech platforms (AppFolio, Buildium, Entrata, Yardi, ResMan, etc.)

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Experience creating documentation and step-by-step training materials

  • Proficiency in cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based property management or real estate teams

  • Background in SaaS or tech support for enterprise software

  • Understanding of API integrations, data migration, or workflow automation tools

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines or Latin America

  • Must have a stable internet connection and remote-ready workstation
