Job Summary

We are looking for a 3D Renderer with a strong eye for detail and design who can create photorealistic renderings and visualizations for property marketing, construction, and architectural presentations. The ideal candidate is experienced in producing high-quality interior and exterior renders, floor plans, and 3D walkthroughs, and is proficient in AutoCAD for interpreting and developing technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-resolution 3D renderings of interior and exterior property spaces based on architectural plans, sketches, and concept designs

  • Interpret AutoCAD drawings and use them as a base for accurate modeling and rendering

  • Develop 3D floor plans, virtual staging, and furniture layouts for real estate presentations

  • Render visual assets optimized for websites, brochures, marketing decks, and MLS listings

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and project teams to understand and meet client specifications

  • Revise renderings based on client and team feedback to ensure visual accuracy and appeal

  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library of models, materials, lighting presets, and textures

  • Support architects and designers in visualizing design intent and spatial planning

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in 3D rendering or architectural visualization

  • Demonstrated ability to convert technical drawings into visually compelling 3D assets

  • Experience working with U.S. property layouts or architectural standards is a plus

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar 3D tools

  • Skilled in Photoshop or other post-processing software

  • Strong understanding of lighting, camera positioning, materials, and texture mapping

  • Ability to interpret and adapt technical drawings for visualization purposes

Soft Skills

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects

  • Receptive to feedback with a commitment to continuous improvement
