We're looking for an experienced Principal Service Delivery Manager to support the delivery of critical IT services across secure and high-profile customer environments.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys owning client relationships, driving service performance, and ensuring complex IT services run smoothly across multiple accounts. You'll work closely with customers and internal delivery teams to maintain high standards, manage escalations, and ensure services consistently meet expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong customer relationships across strategic accounts
• Oversee service delivery and ensure SLAs and contractual commitments are met
• Lead service performance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage escalations, risks, and operational issues
• Work with technical and operational teams to deliver high-quality services
• Support long-term customer satisfaction and service stability

What We're Looking For

• Experience in IT service delivery or service management
• Strong stakeholder and customer management skills
• Background working in secure, regulated, or enterprise environments
• Ability to manage service performance and operational delivery
• Active SC or DV Security Clearance (essential)
