Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join our agile team. You will work across multiple Salesforce environmentsincluding an industry-specific Financial Services Cloud org, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft integrations. Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Support:

Manage and maintain multiple Salesforce orgs.

Ensure data integrity and system performance through proactive monitoring and audits.
Data Management:
-
Perform data imports, updates, and cleansing using Data Loader and other tools.
-
Implement validation rules, duplicate management, and field-level security.
-
Conduct regular data audits and resolve inconsistencies.
Reporting & Insights:
-
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Gather and refine requirements from business stakeholders.
-
Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
Integration & Enhancements:
-
Assist in integrating Salesforce with MuleSoft and other platforms.

Participate in ongoing system enhancements and configuration projects.
Governance:

Support governance practices around data entry and usage.

Qualification & Experience:
Must Have:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).

Minimum 6 months of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.

Strong communication skills and proactive approach to requirements gathering.

Attention to detail and commitment to high data quality standards.

Experience with Sales Cloud / Service Cloud.

Familiarity with Data Loader, reports, dashboards, and user support.

Desire to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Recommended:

Experience with automation tools (Flows).

Basic understanding of MuleSoft integrations.

Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for data governance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-org environment.
