About the Role

Due to our rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Level 1-2 Helpdesk Technician to join our team. Whether you're just starting your IT career or have some technical experience, we want to hear from you! This role is perfect for those looking to develop their skills, work in a hands-on environment, and gain exposure to various IT solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide friendly and professional IT support to clients, troubleshooting issues related to servers, workstations, networking equipment, and VOIP phone systems.
  • Monitor and maintain Digital Accords Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with our clients.
  • Assist in updating and managing IT infrastructure based on client requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with clients, business partners, and fellow team members.
  • Learn and contribute to our growing knowledge base for future troubleshooting and support.
  • Work with cutting-edge technologies and gain exposure to a variety of IT environments.

What Were Looking For

We don't expect you to know everything . We provide training and mentorship , but having some of the following would be a plus:

  • A passion for IT and technology.
  • Basic understanding or hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft Server (2016, 2019) Hyper-V, RDS)
  • Networking basics (TCP, DNS, VLAN, VPN, WAN)
  • Microsoft Office 365 & Windows 10/11
  • Active Directory, Exchange, DNS, IIS
  • Experience In Linux, WHM, cPanel and Configuration/Backup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
  • Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset
