We are looking for a Google Ads Executive to manage campaign builds, pacing, optimisations and reporting across a diverse portfolio of ecommerce and lead generation clients. You will be working inside Google Ads every day, owning campaign-level decisions, analysing performance and keeping budgets on track to deliver consistent results.

You will be supported by our Senior Paid Search Consultant, who will provide mentorship, technical development and strategic guidance to keep you at the forefront of platform performance.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build and launch campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube and Display

  • Manage daily pacing and budget performance to maximise efficiency and profitability

  • Execute optimisations across keywords, bidding strategies, targeting, creative and landing pages

  • Monitor performance data to identify trends, opportunities and issues

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights

  • Participate in structured training sessions to improve technical execution and strategic thinking

  • Work closely with the Senior Paid Search Consultant to review performance and prioritise actions

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an agency or in-house role

  • Deep understanding of campaign structure, bidding, targeting, segmentation and attribution

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable performance improvements

  • Strong analytical skills and confidence interpreting performance data

  • High attention to detail and a process-driven approach to campaign management

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with autonomy and accountability
