Property Analyst

Our client is looking for a dedicated Property Analyst that maintains good relationships with the client, team, and co-workers to be effective in carrying out the work description of the position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare feasibility studies, investment analyses, and pro forma financials for proposed projects.
• Conduct market research and analysis to support the development team in identifying new opportunities.
• Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
• Manage the underwriting and due diligence process for new construction loans, equity investments, and joint venture partnerships.
• Review and interpret legal documents, such as leases, purchase and sale agreements.
• Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property data, transactions, and analytics.
• Stay abreast of trends and developments in the real estate industry.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in investment analysis, commercial real estate, or related field

• MUST have estate master software experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and research skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills and Qualification:

• Masters degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in investment analysis, commercial real estate, or related field
• Advanced skills in Excel, including proficiency with macros and pivot tables.
