Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Inform stakeholders of the project's progress regularly.
  • Execute administrative project activities and meet deadlines.
  • Ensure that content processes are cost-effective, and that shared and reusable resources are utilized to their full potential.
  • Develop and document processes to ensure consistent use of the CMS.
  • Managing user provisioning
  • Troubleshoot CMS issues and ensure that tools are functioning properly for the teams use.
  • Work on task-oriented administration details
  • Prepare and maintain a schedule for all CMS-related initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of managing content and users in a CMS, and an understanding of how an organization manages content.
  • Highly skilled in administrative experience of Shopify Website and SEO
  • Experience writing requirements for content projects and tools.
  • Experience with basic image editing/resizing.
  • Experience managing content in multiple languages.
  • Ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and diplomatically.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Feeling comfortable and confident giving presentations to a variety of audiences, ranging from writers to top-level management
