Overview:
The role interacts with stakeholders across the business and requires superb abilities to collaborate, build consensus, organize ideas, communicate them to stakeholders, and deliver projects in a transparent and harmonious manner.
Responsibilities:
- Inform stakeholders of the project's progress regularly.
- Execute administrative project activities and meet deadlines.
- Ensure that content processes are cost-effective, and that shared and reusable resources are utilized to their full potential.
- Develop and document processes to ensure consistent use of the CMS.
- Managing user provisioning
- Troubleshoot CMS issues and ensure that tools are functioning properly for the teams use.
- Work on task-oriented administration details
- Prepare and maintain a schedule for all CMS-related initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- Knowledge of managing content and users in a CMS, and an understanding of how an organization manages content.
- Highly skilled in administrative experience of Shopify Website and SEO
- Experience writing requirements for content projects and tools.
- Experience with basic image editing/resizing.
- Experience managing content in multiple languages.
- Ability to express ideas clearly, confidently, and diplomatically.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Feeling comfortable and confident giving presentations to a variety of audiences, ranging from writers to top-level management
