Finance Manager with CPA

Our client is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager with CPA that is responsible for daily monitoring of overall financial operations of the company; ensuring that guidelines/measures are properly implemented relative to the internal control systems flow in safe guarding all the assets of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Takes lead in planning , forecasting and budget activities.
  
• Ensure accuracy of the system's Financial Statements.
  
• Provides Operational Support
  
• Approves request for payment, liquidations and invoices.
  
• Manages financial operations and implement strategies and actions to achieve performance targets.
  
• Supervise staff under the department and conduct regular meetings to ensure efficient operation.
  
• Leads the review and recommendation for improvement of accounting systems and internal control procedures.
• To prepare monthly cash flow projections
  
• To monitor collection efficiencies and formulate strategies to accomplish target collections.

Requirements:

• Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  
• 5-8 years of experience in an accounting position.
  
• Able to navigate and utilize larger ERPs; XERO preferred.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Strong competitive drive
  
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
  
• Possesses strong leadership, interpersonal and administrative skills
  
• To maintain calmness under tight pressure
