Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Client Intake Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing inbound calls from prospective clients, collecting essential information, and ensuring a smooth intake process. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience working with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com.

Responsibilities:

  1. Bilingual Communication:
    • Provide exceptional communication skills in both Spanish and English.
    • Answer inbound calls transferred from the queue, assisting prospective clients with inquiries.
  2. Client Data Collection:
    • Gather relevant data and information from prospective clients during intake calls.
    • Organize and input collected data into the CRM system (Salesforce.com) for attorney review.
  3. Calendar Management:
    • Effectively manage calendars to schedule appointments and follow-up activities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of appointments for attorneys.
  4. Follow-Up and Outbound Calls:
    • Conduct outbound calls to individuals who were initially unreachable.
    • Implement a disciplined approach to follow-ups, ensuring comprehensive client engagement.
  5. Multichannel Communication:
    • Utilize text and email communication channels to correspond with clients and colleagues.
  6. Remote Work Environment:
    • Work independently in a quiet environment without interruptions during Pacific Standard Time business hours.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in both written and spoken Spanish and English.
  • Clear and articulate speaking voice in English.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.com.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage calendars effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, text, and email.
  • Ability to work in a disciplined manner, ensuring follow-ups and outbound calls are conducted promptly.
