  • Data Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing data using Ortto's analytics tools. Interpret data insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns for improved performance and ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and more. Leverage Ortto's marketing automation capabilities to streamline campaign management processes.
  • Workflow Creation: Work closely with the team to develop compelling and targeted marketing SOP that be effective to the target audience. Use Ortto's content management tools to ensure content consistency and effectiveness.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty through personalized marketing initiatives. Leverage Ortto's customer relationship management tools to track customer interactions and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using Ortto's reporting and analytics tools. Generate regular reports and insights to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and Ortto's platform capabilities. Continuously optimize marketing strategies and tactics based on industry insights and platform advancements.

You're a step ahead if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on digital marketing, data analysis, and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of application such as HubSpot and ortto.com
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and customer journey mapping.
  • Experience using Ortto's marketing tools and platforms (or similar marketing automation tools) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on results and ROI.
