We are looking for a Compliance and AR Accountant to join our dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

Compliances - (BIR, PEZA, SEC, LGU)

  • Process renewal of business permits and other LGU compliances
  • Ensures compliance with PEZA reportorial requirements including but not limited to EZMPR, Permits, Monthly and Quarterly mandated reports and new regulation issued by the agency
  • Monitors companys compliances on a regular basis and seeks resolution for any unresolved issues
  • Prepares Summary List of Sales and Purchases (SLSP) and reconcile it to VAT returns
  • Prepares Quarterly Alphalist of all payees using BIR data entry
  • Represents the company in processing of documents/permits and over the counter payments when needed
  • Submits compliance reports to PEZA,BIR, SEC, and LGU when printed copies are required
  • Keeps filing system of all submitted reports
  • Takes charge in manual recording of accounting transactions in the companys BIR registered books of accounts
  • Attends to various trainings on compliances to ensure that the company is up to date with new government regulations relevant to its business operation                                                                                                                                                                 Receivables
  • Validates invoices processed by robots
  • Uploads validated invoices to Xero
  • Sends invoices to clients
  • Answers clients questions related to invoices

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A graduate of BS Accountancy/BS Management Accounting/BS Accounting Technology
  • With 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Must have a solid background with invoicing preparation
  • With strong attention to details
  • Excellent clerical and critical thinking skills
  • Must have a solid experience with government compliance specially with PEZA and BIR
  • With excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work in Pasig City
