The candidate will be responsible for:

Technical Support Task:

  • Attend to incoming client calls, generating support tickets and meticulously documenting fault details in the system.
  • Respond promptly to all support tickets, showcasing a dedication to swiftly resolving network and communication issues.
  • Conduct remote configuration and troubleshooting of customers' routers and internal networking systems, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity for seamless operations.
  • Leverage remote capabilities to configure, troubleshoot, and implement necessary adjustments to customers' Unified Communications Services or Telephone Systems.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication standards with clients, skillfully managing their expectations while actively resolving any emerging issues.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with partners, vendors, and third-party providers as needed to address and resolve client concerns.
  • Proactively monitor and uphold client environments, implementing preventive measures to pre-empt potential issues.

Order Delivery / Project Management Task:

  • Proactively reach out to customers to verify order details and meticulously review installation checklists. Collaborate closely with the provisioning team to ensure accurate and precise order processing.
  • Oversee customer orders with meticulous attention, from initiation to completion, upholding an unwavering commitment to providing a superior level of customer service throughout the entire order delivery process.
