Position Purpose: 

  • Planning the CRM calendar and deliverables for the portfolio assigned to you for the 6 months.
  • Always planning at least 1-2 months ahead
  • Responsible for the CRM weekly calendar, changes, updates, and notification to the wider teams; sales, marketing, and comms.
  • Assisting the Head of Digital and E-commerce to look for new ways to improve data collection and increase overall engagement and conversion.
  • Download files from the brand portals to create edms, at times brands will have their own creative and some will require your creative flare.

Key Accountabilities:

Customer Relations Management

  • Planning the CRM calendar and deliverables for the portfolio assigned to you for the 6 months.
  • Always planning at least 1-2 months ahead
  • Responsible for the CRM weekly calendar, changes, updates, and notification to the wider teams; sales, marketing, and comms.
  • Assisting the Head of Digital and E-commerce to look for new ways to improve data collection and increase overall engagement and conversion.
  • Download files from the brand portals to create edms, at times brands will have their own creative and some will require your creative flare.

E-retail / Online

  • Update all products on e-retailers for your portfolio with product images, descriptions and ingredients listing when required, communicated through the retailers online portal and email notification.
  • Update all e-retail banners and category in line with launches, key moments, and seasonal changes (Note not all brands require this) for your portfolio.
  • Once a month run an audit for your brands checking all brand pages are correct, product sizes are correct, descriptions dont have any errors (i.e., spelling) and all products going to the correct categories.
  • Communicate and update e-retailer assistants with product updates and changes for product descriptions, images, and visual expiry requirements through the Digital and E-commerce Assistant.
  • Preparation of e-retail briefs for the global brand principals of the next months banners and category tiles (selected brands not all).
  • With the Head of Digital and Communications and further build relationships, assist and meet with the e-retailer once a month to update on all e-retailer brand changes.

Reporting

  • Reporting preparation of performance of CRM send outs (utilising the software) on a fortnightly basis to the Head of Digital and key stakeholders in the business, to be conducted at WIP together with all other Digital Executives.
  • This will be a working meeting for the department to see performance and brainstorm.
  • Presenting all monthly performances to Head of Digital and Communications & key stakeholders.

Regularly monitoring competitors creatives, inspiration sources, advances in CRM and technology and sharing useful findings.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
  • Knowledgeable but not an expert with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce and Shopify
  • Intermediate with Adobe photoshop

Experience 

  • Preferred 1+years
  • Or has worked within the company to understand the brands from a different role.
