Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Auditing:
- Conduct regular audits of employee performance, focusing on technical aspects and adherence to company protocols.
- Generate detailed performance reports for management review.
- Software Safeguarding:
- Provide instructions to employees on downloading and implementing software to enhance system security.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of safeguarding measures.
- Communication:
- Engage effectively with employees to explain performance audit findings and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain clear and concise communication skills, especially during phone interactions.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation outlining audit procedures, software installation instructions, and performance improvement strategies.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all reports and documentation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong technical background to understand and assess software applications and security measures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements related to performance auditing and system security.
- Schedule Adherence:
- Work regular business hours, Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Follow a consistent schedule to ensure accessibility during working hours.
Qualifications:
- Technical background with a focus on performance auditing and system security.
- Strong communication skills in English; ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Previous experience in auditing or a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with software installation procedures and security protocols.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams and other departments.
