Paraplanner

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing paraplanning and administrative assistance to our team of Financial Planners to help meet our client's financial goals.

• Liaise with financial advisers, superannuation funds and insurance companies for data collection, document gathering and completing, and assist with implementation of advice
• Utilise and operate superannuation, insurance, and internal platforms
• Preparing and creating documentation related to Clients financial plan
• Manage and prioritise workload using CRM, email, and calendar
• Updating and ensuring accuracy of clients information on CRM, superannuation, and insurance portals
• Work with Team Leader to achieve department and business goals
• Ad hoc tasks and activities as requested by Team Leader
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Attendance at individual and team meetings
• Liaise with other departments and support with any staff queries, as required.

You're a step ahead if you have:

• 2 years experience in a paraplanning role for Australian Financial Services Industry
• XPlan or AdviserLogic experience preferred
• Salesforce or CRM experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Excellent English
• Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
• Competent ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks accurately
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
