Cold Caller

Our client is looking for dedicated and experienced Cold Callers to be part of their Team. They have been in the mortgage industry for 17years and are now pioneering Debt Services. Our client offers the best home mortgage loans and provides excellent Debt Relief Services. They are widely operating throughout California and some outside states in the US.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will conduct cold calling and hardcore selling.
• Working on a power dialer make 80-100 phone calls per hour.
• Code responses and notes into dialer system interested, not interested, call back later etc.
• Strong phone and conversational skills required.
• Ability to follow a script and directions.
• Ability to remain cool under pressure and gracefully handle irate prospects.
• The right candidate will demonstrate persuasion and objection handling skills turning NO into yes.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience with cold calling.
• Excellent English communication skills. We need someone who can converse with a neutral accent.
• Ability to learn new things on-the-go, develop an organised system to handle a high call-volume environment.
• Ability to understand the consumers needs by using active listening.
• Persuasion skills and an engaging personality.
