About the job Graphic Designer (New Zealand Account)


Primary purpose of this role is to develop and create engaging graphic, written and video content as well as providing artwork for print collateral, instore point of sale material and online media while ensuring that all work meets the brand guidelines and company objectives.

The secondary responsibility is to manage content, distribution, and communications across social media platforms for all Cosmaxs brands to increase consumer engagement and awareness.


The main duties of the Graphic Designer include, but not limited to:

Graphic Design

  • Collaborate with marketing teams on all design projects
  • Ensure all design works adhere to the relevant brand guidelines
  • Design advertising, marketing materials, and in-store collateral across all brands
  • Translate design concepts into final production
  • Create print and online ads for publications/platforms according to specs provided
  • Edit and optimise print, digital, video and audio pieces
  • Maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and art
  • Create weekly eDMs for Factory shop and maintain the customer database
  • Ensure deadlines are met


  • Develop, implement and manage our social media platforms
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase exposure on all of our social media platforms by generating and sharing content that builds meaningful conversations with target audience
  • Manage a content calendar and lead content distribution across all current social media platforms
  • Respond quickly to post comments, inquiries and requests, as appropriate, working closely with marketing team
  • Maintain brand positioning in the development of all communications
  • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices and technologies
