About the job XERO Bookkeeper
Responsibilities:
- They must be great at excel as we build and utilise a lot of excel sheets for dash boarding purposes.
- Be able to fill out and proactively manage our weekly cashflow forecasting spreadsheet.
- Work with our internal accountant and executive to produce monthly budgets in excel then load back into Xero.
- Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Able to assist with backend required for onboarding an employee.
- Update job Management system and update a few excel sheets.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with AR and AP.
- HubDoc experience a bonus.
- XERO Software experience
- Attention to details
- Data Entry Skills
