Responsibilities:

  • They must be great at excel as we build and utilise a lot of excel sheets for dash boarding purposes.
  • Be able to fill out and proactively manage our weekly cashflow forecasting spreadsheet.
  • Work with our internal accountant and executive to produce monthly budgets in excel then load back into Xero. 
  • Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Able to assist with backend required for onboarding an employee. 
  • Update  job Management system and update a few excel sheets.   

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience with AR and AP. 
  • HubDoc experience a bonus. 
  • XERO Software experience
  • Attention to details 
  • Data Entry Skills
