About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Zoho CRM Developer to join our team and help build, customize, and optimize CRM solutions tailored to business workflows. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design intuitive and scalable systems using Zoho CRM features, particularly Blueprints, Canvas, and Kiosk Mode, ensuring a seamless user and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement Zoho CRM workflows, Blueprints, Canvas layouts, and Kiosk modules.
- Develop and maintain custom Zoho CRM functions, webhooks, and API integrations with third-party applications.
- Automate business processes using Zoho Deluge scripting within Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps.
- Build user-friendly dashboards and reports to track KPIs and data trends.
- Collaborate with teams across operations, marketing, and support to understand CRM requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and system optimizations to ensure CRM performance.
- Provide documentation and training support for system users.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM Blueprints, Canvas customization, and Kiosk configuration.
- Proficiency in Deluge scripting and creating custom functions.
- Experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, or other Zoho One applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party tool integrations (e.g., Zapier, Retool).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building CRM solutions within fast-paced business environments (e.g., startups, SMBs).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience in training or supporting end-users.
