Network Engineer

Our client is looking for a Network Engineer to join their expanding support team in Skopje, Macedonia.

Reporting To: PMO & Implementation Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

Working as part of the Engineering Implementation (EI) team to ensure the Virtual1 Provisioning Process is streamlined and provides a seamless customer experience
Complete build, configuration and testing tasks for all Virtual 1 Services

Key Tasks and Accountabilities

Core Tasks

CPE/Core configuration, port configuration, IP address assignment and similar activity allocated on a daily basis Complete all detail (ports, IP addressing, port numbers etc.) relating to services that have be built or amended by the EI team
Work with the provisioning and project management team to assist in getting customer information when needed
Working towards Service Delivery monthly performance targets

Additional Responsibilities

Ensure all related record-keeping is maintained to a high level of accuracy and in a timely fashion Other work as assigned by the Senior Leadership team from time to time

Performance Indicators

Customer satisfaction (including internal and external customer feedback)Cases closed meeting the daily and weekly targets
Right first time builds
Open tasks count kept to a minimum

Knowledge & Experience

Experience in Telecommunication environment Basic knowledge of networking topologies and routing protocols
Process and Teamwork oriented approach with both internal and external customers
Experienced using business tools such as TEAMS, Word, Excel and Outlook

Working Hours: 10am-6pm MK time / 5pm-2am PH time
