This is an opportunity for you to join our team in Western Sydney where you will be recruiting for some of the biggest businesses operating in the region.

About the role:

As part of our reputable service that we provide to our clients we are accessible 7 days a week at all hours 365 days a year and are now looking for casual Afterhours Consultants to join our busy team. Based on a monthly roster you will work across the weeknights, early mornings, overnights and weekends with a minimum 2 shifts per week.

The successful candidates must have the availability to work across shifts Monday to Friday between 5pm 9am, Saturday and Sunday 6am 6pm or 6pm 6am.

Due to the nature of these roles and flexibility required to cover additional shifts, these positions would not suit someone who currently has a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a high volume of after hour inquiries and calls
  • Taking job orders from clients via email and phone
  • Confirming candidate's rosters
  • Replacing casual labour
  • Liaising with clients and casuals
  • Administrative duties

To be successful you must possess the following:

  • Customer service experience
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience with recruitment
  • Can work well under high pressure situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Flexibility with taking on extra shifts
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
  • The desire to work within a thriving team and environment
  • Exceptional administration and organisation skills
  • Intermediate Word and Excel skills
  • Can work independently and part of a team
