Role Description: Full-Time Remote Phone Sales Specialist

This is a full-time, remote role dedicated entirely to phone-based sales and customer acquisition. The successful candidate will act as a critical frontline voice for Bitcoin Depot, driving revenue growth by targeting and securing new business partnerships for BTM placements (e.g., convenience stores, gas stations).

Key Responsibilities - Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Consistently execute a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective business owners and merchants to identify and qualify opportunities for BTM placement.

  • Pitch & Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of partnering with Bitcoin Depot, clearly explaining the benefits, revenue share model, and zero-risk proposition to potential host locations.

  • Negotiation & Closing: Expertly navigate sales cycles, overcome objections (particularly concerning technology, space, and risk), negotiate terms, and secure signed location agreements (contracts) entirely over the phone.

  • Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to accurately track all sales activities, manage a robust pipeline of leads, and provide accurate sales forecasts.

  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive weekly and monthly sales quotas (KPIs) for new contract acquisitions.

  • Lead Generation: Actively source new leads through cold calling, online research, and referrals to continuously build the top of the sales funnel.

Qualifications:

ENGLISH MANDATORY: Absolute fluency in verbal and written English is required for clear, professional, and persuasive phone sales with U.S. and Canadian business partners.

  • Proven Phone Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume Inside Sales, Telesales, or Phone Sales role with a verifiable record of quota attainment.
  • Closing Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently negotiate and close complex B2B contracts or long-term partnership agreements over the phone.
  • Tech Proficiency: High proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and remote communication tools.
  • Work Ethic: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote, target-driven environment.
