About the Role

Youll take ownership of managing and optimising Zoho CRM, building custom applications, and integrating systems that enable seamless global workflows. Working with stakeholders across multiple regions, youll ensure our CRM not only supports but accelerates business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and system settings.
- Develop and maintain custom automations, scripts (Deluge, JavaScript), and APIs.
- Build custom modules and extensions to tailor Zoho CRM for Outforces unique requirements.
- Create and manage integrations with third-party tools (ERP, telephony, marketing, custom apps).
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain data integrity and security.
- Design dashboards, reports, and interfaces for actionable insights.
- Document configurations, workflows, and code for maintainability and scalability.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and compliance controls.
- Provide training and technical support to cross-functional teams.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and CRM enhancements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience administering and developing in Zoho CRM (or similar platforms).
- Strong skills in Deluge scripting, API development, and custom module creation.
- Proficiency in web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Experience integrating CRM with third-party applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Core Development Skills (Must-Have)
- Deluge Zohos scripting language for automations, workflows, and logic.
- JavaScript for front-end customisation, client scripts, and UI widgets.
- REST & SOAP APIs for platform integrations (ERP, HR, telephony, marketing).
- Python, PHP, or Node.js for middleware, microservices, or extending beyond Deluge.
- SQL / Database knowledge for migration, cleansing, reporting, and integrations.
Nice-to-Have / Advanced Skills
- Zoho Creator for building custom applications.
- HTML/CSS for UI and email template customisation.
- OAuth 2.0 secure third-party app connections.
- Webhook development building real-time event triggers.
- Version control (GitHub/GitLab) for managing custom code.
Bonus Skills for Scalability
- Experience with iPaaS tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, Zoho Flow).
- Data visualisation (Zoho Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
- Cloud/serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, Azure Functions).
