Who We Are Looking For:
Person who will support the operation of the property with the main duties being:
- Acknowledge our members in a friendly manner and follow up with the team on any housekeeping requests they would have.
Responsibilities include :
- In charge of housekeeping team during shift & ensuring housekeeping daily tasks (room & general area cleaning) are completed, up to standard & in line with SOP
- Responsible for housekeeping scheduling under supervision of Direct Supervisor
- Proceed with the inventory by the agreed timeline for housekeeping needs (Chemical and Linen) and report to the Direct Supervisor
- Scheduling for room cleaning at coliving under supervision of Direct Supervisor
- Proceed with the inspection of all rooms after the room cleaning and update it on the agreed system
- Suggest a training schedule for housekeeping team to improve the performance to the Direct Supervisor
- Report any maintenance issues to Direct Supervisor
- Implement a cleaning as per checklist
- To inform the Direct Supervisor all work that has not been resolved by the previous shift to continue the unfinished work.
- Provide inputs or suggestions for the care system and cleaning improvements.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job
- To clean toilets, urinals, hand basins, sinks, baths, showers and drinking fountains.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles, transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- To replenish consumable items (soap, toilet rolls, paper towels) if required within the contract.
- The use of chemical agents as directed by the Operations Manager in the discharge of cleaning operations or maintenance procedures, after receiving proper instructions and training.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational ability.
Passion to learn and grow.
Able to work with the team and also work individually.
Job Requirements:
Can be from any background (hospitality background is a plus)
Able to work and achieve KPI targets with minimum supervision.
Minimum 2 years experience in related fields.
English is a must.
Able to work under pressure.
