About the job Junior Accounting (Pererenan, Full-Time)
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a passionate bookkeeper who is responsible for recording financial transactions, which includes posting information to accounting journals or accounting software from such source documents as invoices to customers, cash receipts, supplier invoices and any other company expenses. The bookkeeper also reconciles accounts to ensure their accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Record day-to-day financial transaction AP, AR, General Ledger, and complete the posting process.
- Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner.
Monitor AP and AR aging.
Ensure that receivables are collected promptly.
Record cash receipts and make bank deposits.
Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account.
- Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure the accuracy of transactions.
- Produce reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements.
- Tag and monitor fixed assets.
Monitor and perform inventory.
Maintain the petty cash fund.
Maintain an orderly accounting filing system.
Conducting daily banking activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Financial Controller as needed.
Following all the accounting policies and procedures.
Being consistent, accurate, and minimizing errors to any task performed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experiences.
Experience using Xero Accounting System is a benefit.
Knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles.
Detail oriented and good time management skills.
Team player and able to work under pressure.
Good english communication skills.
Ability to follow directions.
Indonesian nationality and able to relocate/live in Bali.
