Business Training Executive

 Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Business Training Executive to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering a range of training programmes across the Distribution Network. This role plays a key part in ensuring sales teams and intermediaries are equipped with the product knowledge, commercial skills, and compliance awareness needed to effectively promote and sell insurance products while maintaining high customer-centric standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and coordination of the annual CPD Business Training Programme, including training content, participant registration, scheduling, and progress monitoring.

  • Design, coordinate, and support induction training for new distributors and employees attending client engagements.

  • Assist in developing a dynamic commercial sales training programme focused on client engagement, customer centricity, and appropriate product application.

  • Support ad hoc and ongoing training initiatives across various distribution channels based on service needs, skill gaps, and business requirements.

  • Act as the main liaison between Training Partners and business training participants.

  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Distribution Network to ensure full adherence to training requirements in line with IDD standards for TII licence renewals.

  • Collaborate closely with the team and support other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in training, learning, and development within insurance or financial services is considered an asset.

  • Experience in sales skills training.

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and online).

  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

  • Proactive and collaborative team player.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
