We are seeking an experienced Head of Real Estate & Development to lead strategic growth and expansion for franchise operations across local and international markets. The role is based in Kuwait and requires a proven track record in securing prime real estate and driving development initiatives in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth and expansion plans for franchise operations

• Identify, evaluate, and secure prime real estate opportunities for new restaurant openings

• Oversee site selection, feasibility studies, and lease negotiations

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution

• Lead real estate and development initiatives across the GCC, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Head in real estate or development

• Experience in franchise operations across local and international markets

• Proven GCC experience

• Strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
