Italian/Swedish Sales Team Leader
Job Description:
Located in Malta, our client has been a leading provider in finance, currency trading, online trading, and customer relations since 2012. With a team of around 200 employees, they pride themselves on innovation, growth, and creating a dynamic work environment. They are currently seeking a positive, creative, and results-driven Sales Team Leader fluent in Swedish to join their energetic Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed targets.

Listen to sales calls and provide guidance to help team members close deals.

Open support tickets as needed and resolve issues efficiently.

Review daily reports and performance metrics, setting daily targets for sellers.

Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members and address any disciplinary matters.

Provide daily feedback to the Shift Manager on individual performance.

Maintain attendance records and ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Inspire and maintain high motivation within the sales team.
Qualifications:

Fluent in Swedish (spoken).

Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Strong team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Previous experience in sales leadership or management is mandatory.
