Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping in designated areas.

- Ensure all rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.

- Restock and replenish supplies in guest rooms and common areas.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.

- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures.

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.

- Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner.

- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
