A leading and long-established company within the beverage manufacturing and distribution sector is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow its sales operations. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across both local and export markets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets across all sales channels (retail, HoReCa, and wholesale).

Identify and develop new business opportunities and market segments, locally and internationally.

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed KPIs and company objectives.

Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring top-tier service and client satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align promotional strategies with market demand and brand positioning.

Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews for senior management.

Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the FMCG sector, ideally in beverages, food, or consumer goods.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop high-performing sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and CRM tools.

Fluent in English; Maltese is considered an asset.

Valid driving license and willingness to travel locally and occasionally abroad.
