We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR functions and help ensure smooth operations across all HR-related activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for people-focused work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide assistance

  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events

  • Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and physical files)

  • Support recruitment and onboarding, including work permit processing and coordination with Jobsplus and internal teams

  • Assist with implementing HR initiatives and systems

  • Prepare and submit HR activity reports

  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed

  • Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs

Requirements:

  • Secondary level of education with O level passes in core subjects (English, Mathematics)

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment, ideally within HR

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with work permit processes and HRIS systems

  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
