About the job Human Resources Coordinator
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR functions and help ensure smooth operations across all HR-related activities. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for people-focused work.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to internal and external HR inquiries and provide assistance

Schedule meetings, interviews, and HR events

Maintain and update employee records (HRIS and physical files)

Support recruitment and onboarding, including work permit processing and coordination with Jobsplus and internal teams

Assist with implementing HR initiatives and systems

Prepare and submit HR activity reports

Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and tasks as needed

Perform other HR-related duties as required by business needs
Requirements:

Secondary level of education with O level passes in core subjects (English, Mathematics)

Minimum of 1 year experience in an office environment, ideally within HR

Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance

Excellent communication skills in English

Familiarity with work permit processes and HRIS systems

Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
