Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations.

  • Lead by example in preparing and presenting dishes rooted in high-end classic French culinary tradition.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain consistency and high performance.

  • Contribute to menu development, bringing creativity while honoring French techniques and seasonal ingredients.

  • Maintain strict hygiene, HACCP compliance, and food safety standards.

  • Manage kitchen inventory, assist with purchasing, and support cost control measures.

  • Ensure excellent coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fine dining, including at least 2 years as a Sous Chef or equivalent leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in classic French cuisine is required.

  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.

  • High attention to detail, with a passion for plating and presentation.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
