We currently have a vacancy for a Java Architect fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Create business architecture models that reflect the organizations strategies and goals;
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance;
• Implement the applications based on the architecture;
• Evaluate systems for discrepancies or vulnerabilities;
• Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities;
• Conduct research to find ways to improve operations;
• Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
• Hands-on experience with Java SE, Spring FW and Angular;
• Experience with Elasticsearch/Kibana;
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL;
• Experience on UI/UX (MockFlow, Figma UX modelling tools);
• Specific expertise with Docker;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, COBIT, Zachman, and actual experience developing and building models based on such framework;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture notations such as ArchiMate, BPMN;
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture tools such as ARIS;
• Knowledge of XML and XSD;
• Excellent command of the English language.
