Job Description:

The Role:
As a Barista, you will:

Deliver legendary customer service with a customer-first approach.

Engage with customers professionally, responding to their needs promptly and courteously.

Follow all operational policies, including cash handling and safety protocols.

Maintain a clean and well-organised workspace.

Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.

Stay calm and positive during peak periods to ensure smooth operations.

Proactively assess customer and store needs, taking initiative when necessary.

Communicate effectively with management to support team and service goals.

Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.

Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
Requirements:

Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and public holidays.
